CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EMERGENCY HARBOR
DREDGING, OYSTER POINT MARINA.'
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Harbor Superintendent having advised
the Council of the immediate need for dredging at the shore
end of the piers at Oyster Point Marina to prevent bottoming,
deterioration of flotation material and warping and twisting
of piers so as to prevent substantial damage to said facilities
prior to the rainy season~ and the Council thereupon determining
that such an emergency exists, the Council authorizes the
Harbor Superintendent to undertake or cause said dredging work
to be undertaken upon the allocation of funds therefor.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City CoUncil of the
