CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT (HASKINS-FERRAND0 TIDE LOTS).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The time for commencement and completion for the grading
permit issued to Fred Ferrando and Florence Ferrando, his
wife, and Arthur S. Haskins and Bonnie Haskins, his wife,
dated August 16, 1965, previously extended for a period
of ninety (90) days after September 15, 1968, is further
extended to December 1, 1969 .
2. Execution of an agreement between the City and Permittees,
providing for the relocation of the channel, substantially
as set forth in the City Attorney's inter-office memorandum
of May 2, 1966, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
