A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTkACT
HARBOR WAY WIDENING
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WTIEP'EAs, pursuant to previous ord~_r of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 18th day of November , 19 68
fOr the work to be done and the improv~_ment to be made as
described and specified: ·
I. IA~OR WAY WIDENING
NOW, T~REFORE, IT iS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bi~der, at the unit pri-
ces named in their bid to wit:
F. D. Sperry Company
2. That the 'Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make' and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
?~ hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the $ity Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 18th day o~ November
19 68, by the following vote:
