CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING
AN AMENDED ASSESSMENT - LOT 3, BLOCK 1,
PERSON & SWANSON INDUS'[RIAL TRACT
(ASSESSMENT #5 3 - BOND SERIES #5 9)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
has heretofore ordered the filing of an amended assess, ment and
pursuant thereto the Director of Public Works, ex-officio Super-
intendent of Streets, has filed with the City Clerk Report and
Amended Assessment of a lot or parcel Of land pursuant to Reso-
lution No o 4978 dated the 4th ! day of Novgm~N
, 19 68, which Report is attached. hereto as Exhibit
"A" and include-~the map or plot plan Showln§ how said lot or
parcel has been divided and the amended assessment so that the
total amount of the assessments of the !several portions of said
lot or parcel is equal to the unpaid assessment upon the ori-
ginal lot or parcel, and ~
WHEREAS, notice has been duly given and hearing held as
required by law and the City Council upon said hearing held on
the 2nd day of December 19 68 , has
determined that no objections have been ~iled an~ goo-~d-'cause
exists for the making of said amended"~ssessment. ~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by !the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco that the amended assessment of Lot 3,
Block 1, Person & Swanson Industrial Tract ~Assessment #53~ Bond Ser~es
as set ~orth in the Report ot the Oirecltor ot ~ublic Works, ex-
officio Superintendent of Streets attached hereto, be and the
same is hereby confirmed and the City Cilerk shall take the re-
quired action to have entered upon the assessment roll the in-
stallments becoming due on each component part of the original
parcel opposite a description of the re]spective parcels so as-
sessed.
