CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING AGREEMENT WITH
THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO SCAVENGER
COMPANY, EFFECTIVE ON CONDIiTIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council is considering the grading
permit for' Sunset Scavengers with use of said Sunset
Scavenger's site being made available to the South San Francisco
Scavenger Company, and the proposed closing of the City dump
site, and has also considering the Department Head's recommen-
dation regarding same;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, that upon granting the
amending grading permit to Sunset Scavengers, the City Manager
be and he is hereby authorized to accept the proposals made
regarding the closing of the City's dump site and the use of
the Sunset Scavenger's site as modifiedlby the Department
recommendations as an amendment to the agreement.
I hereby certify that the-foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 2nd day of necember
19 68 , by the following vote:
