A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ATTORNEYS
SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD AREA
SEWER PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that Wilson, Jones, Morton &
Lynch, Attorneys at Law, San Mateo, california, be and they
are hereby appointed and employed as Bond Counsel for the
South Airport Boulevard Area Sewer ProJiect to perform the
services and receive the compensation set forth in the letter
agreement from said firm in form heret~ attached and incor-
porated herein by reference; and that said letter agreement
is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute said letter agreement on behalfl of the City and the
City Clerk is authorized to attest his signature and to
affix the corporate seal of the City thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resoluition was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 16th day of December, 1968, by the following
vote: :
