A RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
FOR ESTABLISHING SPECIAL SEWER SF~RVICE
RATES AND CHARGES
SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD AREA
SEWER PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California· that
WHEREAS, on December 16
· 196 .~, this Council
adopted its Resolution No. 5004 , A Resolution of Intention
to Issue Sewer Revenue Bonds, to finance the cost of the
sanitary sewerage project therein described;

introduced Ordinance No. 584 , An Ordinance of the City of
South San Francisco Amending Ordinance No. 396 Entitled, "An
Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco Providing for
Sewer Rentals and Charges in said City: Providing that such
Sewer Rentals and Charges shall be Collected on the Munici-
pal Tax Roll and shall become a Lien upom the Respective
Parcels of Real Property" Relating to SPecial Sewer Rates
and Charges in the South Airport Boulevard Area of said City,
which ordinance provides a schedule of special sewer service
rates and charges therefor in the South ~irport Boulevard Area
of said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That Monday, the 20th day ofi~ January , 196 9,
at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M,, in the regular meeting place
of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, South
San Francisco, California, are hereby fiXed as the time and
place when and where the said Council wiill consider and act
upon the final adoption of the said ordinance and establish
said special rates and charges, at whic~ time all users of
the works and owners of property served,! or proposed to be
served thereby, and other persons interested, will be heard
concerning said proposed rates.
2. The City Clerk shall cause a no$ice of said hearing
setting forth the proposed schedule of rases, to be given by
one publication in the Enterprise-Journal ia newspaper of
general circulation published in the City~ at least ten days~

before the day fixed for said hearing.
B. A copy of the schedule of rates shall be kept on
file in the office of the City Clerk and Shall be open to
inspection by any interested person.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolutictn was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 16th day of December, 1968, by the fpllowing
