A RESOLUTION RESCINI~ING RESOLUTION NO. 4979
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that Resolution No. 4979, entitled "A Resolution
Authorizing Execution of Agreement Providing for the Repair
and Reconstruction of Defects, Westborough Boulevard, As
Related to the Westborough Square Project", passed November 4,
1968, is hereby rescinded, developers having filed the main-
tenance bond as required by the following agreements: "Agree-
ment, Street and Site Public Improvements - Westborough Square",
made the 5th day of September, 1967, and "Agreement, Street and
Site Public Improvements - Service Station Site in Westborough
C-1 District", made the 6th day of November, 1967.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a reQu]~r
held on the 16th day of December
