CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIPORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT DE~D
FROM THONGS L. BOGCI AND MELANIA BOCCI
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the Grant Deed executed by Thomas L. Bocci, Jr., also known as
Thomas L. Bocci, and Melania Bocci on December 24, 1968 whereby a parcel
therein described is conveyed to the City of South San Francisco as a
gift is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to record or
cause said Grant Deed to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of San Mateo, execute any and all documents and certificates
necessary to affect said recordation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing ResolutiOn was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a special meeting held on the ' . 30th day of
