CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING. UNDERTAKINGS
BY THOMAS L. BOCCI
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Council does hereby accept the fol-
lowing undertakings which are related to the Grant Deed
executed by Thomas L. Bocci, Jr., also known as Thomas L.
Bocci, and Melania Bocci, which Deed was executed on the
24th day of December, 1968.
1. Agreement to Undertake Costs of Street
Improvements dated December 27, 1968, and
2. Agreement, Providing for Payment of Taxes
and Consenting to Amendment to Assessment,
dated December 27, 1968,
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
