A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5004
ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO
ISSUE SEWER REVENUE BONDS"
SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD AREA
SEWER PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that the Resolution cited in the
title, adopted by this Council on December 16, 1968, is
amended in the following particulars:
1. Section 2 of said Resolution is amended to read:
"2. The estimated cost of the acquisition, con-
struction and financing of the works to be acquired
and constructed is the sum of $150,000."
2. Section 3 of said Resolution is amended to read:
"3. The amount of revenue' bonds to be issued
and sold is the sum of $150,000."
3. Section 5 of said Resolution is amended to read:
"5. .A general description of the works is the
acquisition, construction, improving and financing
of an enterprise consisting of sanitary sewer mains,
manholes, and appurtenances in an easement, to be
acquired within~the existing Pacific Gas and Electric
Company easement from Wondercolor Lane to South
AirportBoulevard,. thence continuing southerly in
South Airport Boulevard to a new pump station near
Belle Air Road and from existing pump station No. 5
across and northwesterly along South Airport Boule-~
yard to said new pump station; together with a branch
line in Utah Avenue from South Airport Boulevard
~esterly about.292 feet, and together with the con-
struction of said new pump station and appurtenances.
4. Notice is hereby given that Monday, the 20th day of
January, 1969, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the City
Hall, South San Francisco, California, are hereby fixed as'the
time and place when and where persons interested may appear
before the City Council and be heard as ~to any protests or
objections they may have against the acquisition or construc-
tion of the proposed works and the issuance and sale of~bonds.
5. A copy of this Resolution shall be published twice
in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper published and circulated
in the City, the second of Which shall be at least ten (10)
days before the time set for hearing.
6. Copies of this Resolution headed "Notice of Sewer
Work" in letters of not less than one-inch in height, shall be
posted at least 300 feet in distance apart along the entire
length of South Airport Boulevard, it being the street in the
City which in the opinion of the City CounCil is traversed by
the largest number of people.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of Souyh San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 6th day of 3anuary, 1969 by the following
vote:
