CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DREDGING OF
A PORTION OF SAN BRUNO CANAL AS RELATED
TO THE GRADING PERMIT. ' ......
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that a grading permit having been issued to
Arthur S. Haskins, Inc., on August 16, 1965, for Tide Lots 1,
2, $, ? and 8, known as Haskins-Ferrando property, plans and
specifications for which included the relocation of the channel
and the dredging of a new channel on the terms and conditions
as therein provided and as provided in subsequent documents,
and the Council having considered the application of Arthur Haskins
and the recommendations of the Director of Public Works regarding
the dredging of a portion of San Bruno Canal, said Council does
hereby approve the dredging of the portion of San Bruno Canal as
applied for in accordance with the terms and conditions of the
permit, plans and specifications, subsequent documents and
recommendations of the Director of Public Works.
