A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON BONDS
SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD AREA
SEWER PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
·
San Francisco, California, as follows:
1. Bids shall be called by the City Clerk of said City
for the sale of $150,000 principal amount Of Sewer Revenue
Bonds of 1969, which bonds were provided to be issued pursu-
ant'to Resolution of Intention No. 5004, adopted by this
Council on December 16, 1968.
2. Notice thereof shall be given by the City Clerk
Causing to be mailed copies of an "Official Notice of Sale",
to various banks and bond houses and other persons interested
as determined by the City Clerk, at least ten (10) days before
the date said bids are to be opened.
3. This Council will furnish the legal opinion of the
law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo,
California, unqualifiedly approving the legality of the pro-
ceedings and the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted hy the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 20th day of January, 1969, hy the following vote:
