A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that it does hereby accept that
certain Easement Deed, dated January 15 , 1969, and
executed by Royal Inns of America, as Grantor, granting
this City an easement for sanitary sewerage purposes in
certain real property more particularly described in said
Deed; and the City Clerk of this City is hereby directed
to record said Deed, together With a certified copy of
this Resolution, in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of San Mateo, State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the Cty of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 20th day of January, 1969, by the
following vote:
