CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ESCROW
INSTRUCTIONS, RELEASES AND OTHER DOCUMENTS -
WEST PARK UNITS 1 AND 2 - TRACTS G AND H.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that'
1. The City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to
consent to the extension of time for performance of acts
provided for in the agreement up to and including January 31,
1969, and to execute and issue escrow instructions carrying
out the terms of the agreement entitled "Agreement - Supplement
to Amendment to Agreement dated September 12, 1966 - West Park
1 and 2 (Tracts G and H)", made January 20, 1969, between
said City and Caesar Callan Homes, Inc., a corporation; Michael
Callan and Thomas Callan, Jr'., 'as individuals (designated as
Developers I); and SSF Corporation, a Delaware corporation,
qualified to do business in California (designated
Developers II).
2. The City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to
execute release of the parcels therein described from the
Holding Agreement heretofore entered into between City and
Developers I, and to execute on behalf of the City releases,
certificates and other documents necessary to carry out the
terms of the agreement referred to in Paragraph 1 and complete
the escrow described therein.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 20th day of January , 19 69 ,
