CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING LAND USE PERMIT
FROM SAN FRANCISCO WATER DEPARTMENT--
PARCEL BETWEEN PALM AVENUE AND ELM COURT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the land use permit issued by the San
Francisco Water Department to the City of South San Francisco
for use of a portion of the property therein described, said
use to be for landscaping, is hereby accepted and the Mayor
is authorized to execute said permit on behalf of the City
and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a reqular meeting
held on the 20th day of January , 1969 ,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, F. Frank
Mammini, Andrew Rocca and Warren Steinkamp
