CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
CONVEYANCE TO CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE
IN THE SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD FIRE
SERVICE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT PROCEEDING.
BE IT RESOLVED that the execution of the conveyance,
transferring certain water facilities therein described to
California Water Service Company in accordance with the
Agreement "Agreement for the Installation, Conveyance, Main-
tenance and Operation of a System of Water Supply for Fire
Protection" is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized
to execute said conveyance on behalf of the City and City Clerk
attest his signature thereto.
