CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF {OUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION 0F~AN
AGREEMENT WITH MUNKDALE BROTHERS,.INC.--
MAINTENANCE OF COMMON GREENS IN WEST PARK 1 AND 2.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of South San Francisco that
the agreement between the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation, and Munkdale Brothers, Inc., providing
for the maintenance of common greens in West Park 1 and 2,
said agreement being an extension of the contract entered into
between said parties on the 6th day of March, 1967, is
hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest
his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 3rd day of February , 19 69,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, F. Frank
Mammini, Andrew Rocca and Warren Steinkamp
