CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF
TITLE TO VESSEL CF 0502 XC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that all of City's right, title and interest
in and to the Churchward 25'10" Steelcraft vessel registered
as CF 0502 XC with the State of California Department of
Harbors and Watercraft, be transferred, set over and assigned
in "as is" condition and without warranty express or implied
to Charles C. Dorroh in consideration for release and waiver
by transferee of any and all liens and claims including those
for labor, material, supplies and storage furnished said vessel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized
to execute any and all documents necessary to make said trans-
fer to said transferee and file the necessary documents with
the State of California Department of Harbors and Watercraft.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
on the 3rd day of February
