CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GRANT OF AN EASEMENT
FOR STORM DRAINAGE, WATER MAINS AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that said City does hereby grant to either Caesar
Callan Homes, Inc., a California corporation, or SSF Corporation,
a Delaware corporation, their successors in interest, an easement
for storm drainage, water mains and public utilities over and
across the lands described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
the Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem of the City of South San Francisco
are authorized to execute said Grant Deed on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 3rd day of February , 19 69, by
the following vote:

Mammini, Andrew Rocca and Warren Steinkamp

OVER AND ACROSS LANDS DESCRIBED iN' DEED TO THE CITY OF

AN FRANCISCO, recorded December 21, 1967, in Book 5409 at page
217, Official Records, San Mateo County, described as follows:
i'A- stri~' of land fifteen feet (15') in' width, lying 7.50 feet
i on eac.~.:.side of and. adjacent, to the following described line:
CO~Z-v~NCiNG for reference at the intersection of the centerline of
Galway Place, as said Place is shown on that certain map entitled,
'"TRACT NO. 798 WESTBOROUGH UNIT NO. 'lB, San Mateo County, Californi~i"
which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of
San Mateo, State of California, on Septen~ber 13, 1961, in Book 55
Maps at pages 16 and. 17, with the -Northerly line of said Map of
Tract No. 798; thence North 27" 10'..'East 448.00 feet; North 62° 50'
West 30.00 feet to a point in t.h~ Ea'sterly line of the aforesaid
deed to the City of South San Francisco; thence along said line,
Northeasterly, on the arc of a curve to the left, tangent to the-
last said course; with a radius of 1,100.00 feet, subtending a
central angle of 3" 38' 07" an arc distance of 69.79 feet to the
true Point of Beginning; ~hence from said true Point of Beginning
' leaving said line ~North 49° 21' West 421.27 fee~; and North 55
West 152.99 feet to a terminous in the Northerly line of =he
aforesaid deed to the City of South San Francisco.
