A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3486
ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ADOPTING
PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS".
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that Rule 11 Section 1104, as set forth in
Resolution No. 3486, passed on June 4, 1962, as amended,
is hereby further amended to read:
11.04 MILITARY LEAVE
Military leave shall be granted in accordance with the pro-
visions of State law. Ail employees entitled to military
leave shall give the appointing power an opportunity
within the limits of military regulations to determine
when such leave shall be taken. An employee shall be
entitled to military leave with pay for the purpose of
service physical examinations preparatory to induction
in the armed services, providing that such leave with
pay shall not exceed one day for any one physical examina-
tion.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a reqular meeting
held on the 17th day of February , 19 69 ,
by the following vote:
