CITY CouNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION OF
MUNICIPAL ELECTION ROSTERS, SUPPLIES AND
.... RELATED MATERIALS.
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has in his office election
rosters, supplies and related materials from the municipal
election of April 9, 1968, and
WHEREAS, destruction of said materials is authorized by
the laws of the State of California within six (6) months ·
after said election~ if there is no contest pending, and,
WHEREAS, more than six (6) months have passed and no
contest is pending, and the City Council consents to and
approves the destruction of said returns;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco does hereby approve and
consent to the destruction of the municipal election rosters,
supplies and related materials from the municipal election
held on April 9, 1968.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
