CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 4956,
WHICH RESOLUTION AUTHORIZED THE ACCEPTANCE OF
AN EASEMENT FOR THE TRAFFIC SIGNALIZATION PRO-
JECT AT CALLAN AND WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARDS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that Resolution Nb. 4956, entitled "A Resolution
Authorizing Acceptance of Easement from Caesar Callan Homes,
Inc., for the Traffic Signalization Project at Callan and West-
borough Boulevards" is hereby rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a reqular meeting
held on the 3rd day of March , 19 69 , by
the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahern~ F. Frank
