CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A LAND USE PERMIT
FROM SAN FRANCISCO WATER DEPARTMENT - SAN
ANDREAS PIPELINE RIGHT OF WAY (WINSTON
MANOR AREA).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the land use permit from the San Francisco
Water Department providing a right of use for landscape pur-
poses over a portion of the San Andreas Pipeline right of way,
same being Parcel 18 as described in the deed from Spring Valley
Water Company to the City and County of San Francisco, dated
and recorded March 3, 1930, in Volume 491 of Official Records,
San Mateo County, at page 1, said portion being 80 feet in
width and 276 feet southerly from the south line of Hickey
Boulevard, South San Francisco, for grading and landscaping,
the area referred to and as shown on the San Francisco Water
Department Drawing No. B-3220 attached to the permit, is
hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said
permit on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his
signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San~ Francisco at a regular meeting held
on the 3rd day of March , 19 69, by the
following vote:
