CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RATES PURSUANT TO
ORDINANCE 538, AS AMENDED, PASSED THE 25TH
DAY OF OCTOBER, 1965.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. Establishment of Rates:
Pursuant to Ordinance 538 of the City of South San
Francisco, as amended, passed the 25th day of October, 1965,
and particularly Section XX thereof, the rates set forth on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto are hereby established as the
refuse collection rates and dump site fees to be charged by
the "Scavengers" as same is described in the referenced Ordinance.
2. Publication:
This Resolution shall be published once within fifteen
(15) days after passage in the "Enterprise-Journal", a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco.
