CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REQUHSTING CONTINUATION OF
BAY CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPr~NT CONt~fI$SION.
%',HEREAS, the Bay Conservation and Development Commission has per-
formed valuable services that have benefited this community and other
communities of the San Francisco Peninsula~ and
WHER£AS~ it is the understanding of this Council that the Commission
will expire during the year 1969, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco believes
that it is to the best interests of this City to have this Commission
continue in existence;
NO~~, THER£FORE, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
respectfully requests that the State Legislature adopt legislation that
will continue the existence of the Bay Conservation and Development Com-
mission, providing said Commission with reasonable regulatory powers so
that said Commission may be of continued service to the City of South San
Francisco and other Bay Area communites.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of ,March, 1969, by the following
vote:
