CITY COUNCIL~ CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISC0, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
POLE CONTACT AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC GAS
.......... AND' ELECTRIC 'COMPANY .'
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Mayor and City Clerk be~ and they are
hereby authorized, empowered and directed, for and on behalf
of said City~ to enter into and execute with Pacific Gas and
Electric Company~ a corporation, that certain agreement which
relates to the permission given by said Company to said City
to install~ maintain and use fire alarms, police signals~
electrically controlled traffic signals~ meter soekets~ switches~
street signs~ decorative lightings and appliances connected
therewith on certain poles owned by said Company or said
Company and others and which was submitted by said Company
at this meeting to this City Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a ' 'regular .... meeting
