CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
~ A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE 0F A.
GRANT, CONVEYING A STREET AND HIGHWAYS
EASEMENT -PORTION. 0F CALLAN BOULEVARD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Attorney be and he is hereby
authorized to accept for and on behalf of the City of South
· San Francisco, a municipal corporation, a grant, conveying a
street and~highway easement over the parcel described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, same to be free and clear of
liens, taxes and encumbrances except those accepted by City,
said condition of title to be evidenced by a policy of title
insurance.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
