CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF
HIGHWAYS, PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS
AT THE INTERSECTION OF EL CAMIN0 REAL AND
ARROYO DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of the agreement between the
City of South San Francisco, a body politic and municipal
corporation of the State of California, and the State of
California, Department of Public Works, Division of High-
ways, providing for the improvement at the intersection of
State Highway Route 82 (El Camino Real) and Arroyo Drive in
the City of South San Francisco, as provided for in said
agreement, is hereby authorized, .the Mayor and City Clerk
being authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
