CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE AMENDMENT TO
THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN OF 1963.
BE IT RESOLVED that
WHEREAS, the proposed Amendments To the City's General
Plan of 1963 are set forth in the documents described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of South
San Francisco approved and recommended same to the Council as
set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
WHEREAS, the Council pursuant to the Government Code
of.the State of California duly set a hearing thereon for
the 215t day of April , 1969, notice of which was
published in the "Enterprise-Journal", a newspaper of general
circulation printed and circulated in the City of South San
Francisco, and which date of publication was more than ten
(10) days prior to the date set for said hearing, and the
affidavit of said publication is on file in the office of
the City Clerk, and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold said hearing on said date
and did thereupon consider said amendments and the statements
and communications made at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. The Council hereby adopts the Amendment to the City's
General Plan of 1963 as set forth in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto;
2. The said Amendments be endorsed as adopted by this
Resolution and that the Mayor and City Clerk shall
execute said Endorsement.

Resolution No. 5073
1. The document entitled "South San Francisco General Plan",
prepared by Hahn, Wise $ Associates, Inc., Planning
Consultants, dated April, 1967, Resolution No. 2093 of the
South San Francisco Planning Commission passed April 8,
1968, approving said plan, and other plans, parts or
elements described as follows, which are on file in the
office of the City Clerk'
(a) Alida Avenue Density and Country Club Drive Land Use
Corrections - Special Report Dated August 15, 1968;
(b) Map entitled "General Plan - South San Francisco";
(c) Resolution 2094 passed July 8, 1968, and the Natural
Resources Addendum to the Working-Living Area Element
together with plats 1 and 2, and staff report dated
June 20, 1968.
