CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT LANDS -
ELM COURT TO PALM AVENUE.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 8th day of April , 1969L
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as '
described and specified:
LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT - SAN FRANCISCO WATER DEPARTMENT
LANDS - ELM COURT TO PALM AVENUE.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED aS follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named in their bid to wit:
Rudolph Watson, Inc.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make' and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
I hereby ertify that the foregoing resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 21st day o~ April ,
1969 , by the following vote:
