CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CANCELLATION OF
TAXES ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED FOR PUBLIC USE
AND THE CITY ATTORNEY'S CONSENT THERETO AND
REQUESTING THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO
AUTHORIZE CANCELLATION OF COUNTY TAXES AND
THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S CONSENT THERETO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that
WHEREAS, Caesar Callan Homes, Inc., on November 30,
1966, delivered to the City of South San Francisco a deed
to the parcel described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
for park and recreation purposes and said deed was recorded
in the Official Records of San Mateo County on the 19th day
of June, 1967, Volume 5322, page 203, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City desires to
authorize the cancellation of unpaid taxes pursuant to Section
4986.2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of
California, and further authorize the City Attorney to consent
to said cancellation, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City further requests
the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo to author-
ize the cancellation of unpaid County taxes and the District
Attorney of said County to consent thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The unpaid City taxes on the parcel described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be cancelled and that the
City Attorney be authorized to consent to the cancella-
tion of the taxes on said parcel which was acquired for
park and recreation purposes.

2. That this Resolution be filed with the Board of
Supervisors of the County of San Mateo and the District
Attorney of the County of San Mateo and be deemed a
request to said Board of Supervisors and District Attorney
for the authorization and consent respectively for the
cancellation of unpaid taxes on said parcel of real
property.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 21st day of April , 19 69 , by
the following vote:

All that certain real property situate in the City of South San
Francisco, County of San Marco, State of California, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of Galway -'
Place with the Northerly boundary li].~e of Tract No. 798,
Westborough Unit No. lB, as shown on that certain Map entitl'ed
"TRACT NO. 798, WESTBOROUGI{ UNIT NO. lB, SAN MATEO COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA", which Map was filed in the-Office of the Recorder
of the County of San Mateo~ State of California on September 13,
1961 in Book 55 of Maps at Pages 16 and 17; said Northerly
boundary line being also'the Southerly Right of Way line of
Westborough Boulevard, 90.00 feet wide, as described in the Deed
filed in Book 4033 Official Records of San Mateo County, page -"
514; thence along the Northeasterly prolongation of the centerline
of the aforesaid Galway Place, North 27° 10' East 90.00 feet to a
point in the Northerly line of said Westborough Boulevard; thence
along the Northerly line of said Westborough Boulevard, Westerly, on
thc arc of a curve to the left, from a tangent bearing North 62~
50' West, with a radius of 1045.00 feet, subtendin~ a central angle
of 9° 21' an arc distance of 170.54 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
