CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
FROM JOSEPH RAGNI g SONS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Corporation Grant Deed dated
April 10, 1969, executed by Joseph Ragni $ Sons, Inc., a
California corporation, wherein the parcel described as
follows is conveyed to the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation, is hereby accepted and the City Clerk
is authorized to record said Corporation Grant Deed in the
Official Records of San Mateo County:
Lot 6, Block 3, as designated on the map entitled
"CITY PARK ADDITION NO. 2 SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO SAN MATEO
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", which map was filed in the office
of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of
California on February 3, 1964 in Book 59 of Maps at
page 39.
TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive easement for ingress and
egress and driveway purposes within the Southeasterly
10.6 feet of Lot 5, Block 3, as said lot and block are
designated on the above mentioned map.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
