CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
CAESAR CALLAN HOMES, INC., FOR STREET
AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that a Grant Deed dated April 21, 1969, whereby
Caesar Callan Homes, Inc., conveys to the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, the property therein
described for street and highway purposes, is hereby accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized to cause said Deed to be
recorded in the Official Records of San Mateo County.
