CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO THE CONVEYANCE OF
PARCEL 8 WEST PARK 1 AND 2, EXECUTION OF
ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San FPaneisco that:
1. The City AttoPney be and he is hePeby authoPized to
execute joint escPow instPuctions together with Caesar
Callan Homes, foPmePly Caesar Callan Homes, Inc.~ dba
WestboPough Homes, as pPovided fop in the Holding AgPee-
ment made the 13th day .Df SeptembeP 1966~ between Title
Insumance and TPust Company, a Califomnia coPporation~
and CaesaP Callan Homes~ Inc., a CalifoPnia corpoPation,
consenting to the conveyance of the paPcels described
in Exhibit "A" attached hePeto.
2. Execution of the agreement entitled "AgPeement, Common
G'Peen ImpPovements, West Park Unit No. 1" is hePeby
authoPized, and the Mayor is authorized to execUte, said
agPeement on behalf of City and City ClePk aZ-test his
signatuPe thePeto and PecoPd om cause Pe¢oPdation of
same in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
3. Execution of'the agreement entitled "AgPeement, SubdiVision
ImpPovements, WestboPough - West PaPk Units 1 and 2, ·
Supplement 1" is hePeby authorized and the Mayop is author- ·
ized to execute said agPeement on behalf of the City and
City ClePk attest his signatuPe thePeto.
4. The City AttoPney be and he is hereby authoPized to issue
escPow instPuctions providing for the afoPegoing and to
requiTe'the establishment of a fund of FoPty-two Thousand
DollaPs '($42,000.00) deposited in the Title InsuPanee and .

DESCRIPTION OF PARCELS:·
Lots 1.to 26 inclusive, and 30 to 37 inclusive, in
Block 2; Lots i to 26.inclusive, in Block 3; Lots i to
26 inclusive, in Block q; Lots i to 23 inclusive, in
Block 5; and Lots i to 31 inclusive and 33 to 36
inclusive, in Block 6, all in "Westborough-West Park
Unit No. l, South San Francisco, San Mateo County,
California" which map was filed in the office of the
Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California
on November 19, 196q, in Book 61 of Maps at pages ll,
12, 13, lq, 15 and 16.

Items of Work to be Installed
Westborough-West Park Unit No. 1
(Parcel 8), South San Francisco, California
As of May 18, 1@69
1. Complete approximately 10 feet of street paving, including
concrete curb gutters and catch basins at the south end
of Carter Drive.
2. Repair cracks in street paving, curbs and gutters at
south end of Carter Drive, Barryrae Lane, Meath Drive
and Duhallow Way.
Pave parking bay at southwest corner of Erris Court and
Duhallow Way in Block 6.
Add paving to existing paving for proper drainage to
parking bay at Carter Drive and Duhallow Way in Block 5.
5. Install approximately 8,585 1.f. of concrete sidewalk
Install 29 street lighting electroliers including conduit
and cable.
7. Remove and replace w,a~ped A.C. at Sean and Carter Drives.
8. Replace 6.missing monument and valve box covers.
(NOTE: Include in the aforegoing all
contingency engineering and
inspection costs)
Trust Company as a supplementary fund for the construc-
tion and installation of items of work set forth in
Exhibit "B" attached hereto, said sum to be disbursed
on joint instructions of City and First Mortgage Investors
as the work progresses, pending disbursement of which same
is to be placed in Certificates of Deposit on interest-
bearing account, with interest to be remitted quarterly
to F.M.I.
The City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to
execute the necessary instructions and documents to
carry out the provisions of this Resolution.
