CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CORRECTING A CLERICAL ERROR IN
RESOLUTION NO. q@53 AND THE DEED AUTHORIZED
THEREBY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that said Council, having authorized the
execution of a deed by Resolution No. q953 passed~September
16, 1968, entitled "A Resolution Authorizing Execution of
a Deed by the City of South San Francisco to South San Francisco
Scavenger Company, a Partnership", and the description recited
in said resolution and deed by reason of a clerical error
recites 576.03 feet instead of 379.60 feet, and said deed
not having been delivered, and the Council desiring.to order
the correction of said clerical error on the face of Resolution
No. q953 and the deed executed pursuant thereto dated May 2,
1969, the Council~hereby orders that the clerical error in
said resolution and said deed be corrected on the face of the
respective documents as follows, the correction on the deed
to be authenticated bY initials of the Mayor and the Mayor
Pro Tem, and the correction on the face of the resolution to
be authenticated by the initials of the City Clerk:
,'BEGINNING at a point which is the most westerly
corner of that certain 98.586 acre parcel of land
conveyed by the United State of America, acting
by and through the War Assets Administration to
the San Francisco Bridge Company, a cOrporation,
organized and existing under the laws of the State
of California, by Deed dated September 11, 19~7
and recorded June 17, 19~8 in Book 1~79 Official
Records of San Mateo County, page ~76 (3696.2-H);
thence from said point of beginning North 25° 27' 30"
West 5q5.18 feet to the true point of beginning,
of the lands to be described herein; thence from ~
said TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING North 55° 00'.~.East ·
359.36 feet; thence South q5° 00' East 120.00
feet; thence South 55° 00' West ~6~ feet; 379.60
thence North 25° 27' 30" West 121.68 feet to A~R.
