A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING~EXECUTION_0F ~A LEASE .~
WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT'OF
PUBLIC WORKS, DIVI'SI'ON'OF' HIGHWAYS'"CLAY AVENUE PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San FPancisco that the execution of the lease fop the premises
known as Freeway Lease APea 8000 (Clay Avenue Park), between
the City of South San Francisco, a municipal coPpoPation, and
the State of CalifmPnia, DepaPtment of Public WoPks, Division
of HighwaYs, pPoviding fop the lease of the paPcel for paPk
and recreation purposes, which parcel is more particularly
described therein, is hereby authOrized and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said lease on behalf of the City and
City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
