A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS 4467, 4490,
4812 AND 4813. '
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the following Resolutions be and they are
hereby rescinded:

Resolution No. 4467, entitled "A Resolution Authorizing
Representatives To Sign for and Accept Surplus Property",
passed. May 16, 1966.
·
Resolution No. 4490, entitled "A Resolution Concerning
Combination of Surplus Property over and under $2500",
passed June 20, 1966.
·
Resolution No. 4812, entitled "A Resolution Designating
the Director and Assistant Director of Civil Defense and
Disaster of South San Francisco, California", passed March 18,
1968.

Resolution No. 4813, entitled "A Resolution Designating
Officials Authorized to Execute Applications and Documents
to Obtain Financial Assistance under the Federal Civil
Defense Act of 1950 (Public Law 9207', passed March 18,
1968.
