A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
'AND APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNITS NOS. 2 AND 2-A
ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS
EXTENSION OF FORBES BOULEVARD, KAUFFMANN COURT
AND PT o SAN BRUNO BOULEVARD
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has completed and filed,
and the City Engineer has approved detailed plans and speci-
fications for the accomplishment of imp'rovements to Forbes
Boulevard, Kauffmann Court and Pt° San Bruno Boulevard, as
proposed changes and modifications to the work described in
Resolution of Intention No. 4236, adopted June 26, 1965, as
amended, and in Resolution of Intention No° 4613, adopted
January 16, 1967;
WHEREAS, the owners of the property assessed in the pro-
ceedings being conducted pursuant to said Resolutions of
Intention have requested in writing that said changes be made;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1o That said plans and specifications, designated
"Construction of ~Improvements in Unit 2, Cabot, Cabot & Forbes
Industrial Park AsSessment District", are hereby approved and
ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk°

~o That the Engineer's Report.filed in each of said
proceedings is. hereby changed and modified to incorporate
said approved plans and'.specifications into each of' said
reports in substitution and supplementation of the.preliminary
plans and specifications approved in each of said proceedings°
I hereby certi~'y that the foregoing re~olution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of'the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 16th day of June, 1969, by the folloe~i9
