A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES iNDUSTRIAL PARK
UNITS NOS. 2 AND
ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS
EXTENSION OF FORBES BOULEVARD, KAUFF ~/~%NN COURT
AND PT. SAN BRUNO BOULEVARD
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of this City has ascertained the
general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in
which public work is proposed to be performed for work of a
similar character to that described in Resolution of Intention
No. 4236, adopted June 28, 1965, as subsequently amended, and
in Resolution of Intention No. 4613, adopted January 16, 1967;
WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and
contained in the specifications for said project, copies of
which are on file in the office of the Engineer of Work and
also in the office of the City Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS, this Council has duly considered said scale and
finds the same to be correct in all particulars;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and
ORDERED, as follows:
lo 'That said wage scale as set forth in said specifi-'
cations is hereby established and adopted as the pzevailing
rate of per diem wages for work of a similar character to
that above described in the locality in which such public
work is proposed to be perf0rmed~
2° That not less than said prevailing rate of per diem
wages shall be paid for any. work proposed to be performed
under said Resolutions of. Intention.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council. of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 16th day of June, 196g, by the following
votes
