CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP ENTITLED "CABOT,
CABOT g FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2",
ACCEPTING EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF WAY DEDICATED
TO PUBLIC USE AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
CERTAIN AGREEMENTS RELATED THERETO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Final Map of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park
Unit No. 2, dated January 1969, prepared by Wilsey and
Ham, Engineers, is hereby approved and the parcels of
land offered for dedication to public use are hereby
accepted.
2. The execution of the following agreements is hereby
authorized:
a. Agreement Concerning Inclusion of Drainage Channel
Within Maintenance District.
b. Agreement Concerning Placement and Construction of
Road.
3. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to record
in the Official Records of the County of San Mateo the
said Final Map and Agreements.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
