A RESOLUTION AUTHDRIZING THE
GRANTING OF USE PERMIT 119 AS
MODIFIED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO that
WHEREAS, the City C3uncil has received the report
and. recommendations of the Planning Commission set forth in
the Commission's Use Permit D~<'eP'~ No. 119 made May 26,
1969, findings of fact, summary of heaping, Planning Officer's
report and various documents, exhibits, and related papers,
all of which came on fop consideration by the Council at
said Council's regular meeting on the 21st day of July, 1969,
and
WHEREAS, the Council did consider the same and made
same part of the record and evaluated the proposed use and
effects thereof together with the oral presentations made in
regard thereto,
NOW, THEREF'0RE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Council dOes find upon the report and recommen-
dations of the Planning Commission set forth in its UP Order
119, made May 26, 1969, findings of fact, summary of hearings,
Planning Officer's report an~ the various documents, exhibits
and related papers, all of which have been considered and made
a part of the record of the proceedings herein, that said
use will not under the circumstances of the particular case
be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort
and general welfare'of persons residing or working in the
neighborhood of said propose~ use and will not be detrimental
or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood
or the general welfare of the City provided the following
modification is made.
2. The Council orders that
(a) Use Permit 119, as .recommended~ be granted
with the exception rhat Lot 158 be deleted and Lot
189A be added, an,d ~he other provisions regarding
the common green enlargements as shown on the plan
be implemented.
