CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPR3VING THE FINAL MAP
WESTBOROUGH-WEST PARK UNIT 2A
(RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 142 THROUGH
157, BLOCK ?, LOTS 1 THROUGH 19,
?3 THROUGH 81 AND A PORTION OF
LOT 20, BLOCK 8) SA-ii.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Final Map entitled Westborough-West Park Unit
2A, South San Francisco, California, Being a Resubdivision
of Lots 142 thru 157, Block 7, Lots 1 thru 19, 73 thru 81
and a Portion of Lot 20 Block 8, Westborough, West Park Unit
No. 2, dated May, 1969,. is hereby approved and the dedications
thereby made are accepted.
2. Execution and Recordation of the Agreement entitled
"Agreement, West Park Unit 2A - Exchange of Parcels for Common
Green Purposes" is hereby authorized and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City
and City Clerk attest his signature thereto, same to be
recorded prior to recordation of the deed described in
Paragraph 3, following, and the Final Map.
3. Execution and delivery of the Deed by the City of
South San Francisco. to Beverly-Glenwood Corporation for the
parcel described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, is hereby
authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said deed
on behalf of the City, same to be recorded prior to the
recordation of the Final Map.
4. The City Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized to
accept delivery and record or cause recordation of the deed
from Beverly-Glenwood Corporation to the City of South San
Francisco for Lot 93 Block 8 and Lot 158 Block 7 as shown
on the Final Map of Westborough-West Park Unit No. 2, copy
of the deed for which is attached hereto as Exhibit B,

said acceptance and recordation to occur immediately after
the recordation of the Final Map, the condition of title to
be free and clear of all liens, taxes and encumbrances
except those accepted by City, said condition of title to
be assured by a standard title insurance policy in the sum
of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), provided at the cost
and expense of the Grantor.
5. Execution of the Agreement entitled "Subdivision
Improvements and Common Greens, Westborough-West Park Unit
No. 2A, Being a Resubdivislon of Lots 142 through 157,
Block 7, Lots 1 through 19, 73 through 81 and a Portion of
Lot 20, Block 8, Westborough-West Park Unit No. 2" is hereby
authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his
signature thereto, same to be recorded concurrently with
the recordation of the Final Map.
6. The City Attorney and City Clerk be, and they are
hereby authorized to issue escrow instructions, execdte other
documents and do any other acts necessary to carry out the
provisions of this Resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a re~qular
meeting held on the 21st day of July , 1969 ,
