CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE HOUSING
ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED that:
WHEREAS, the proposed Housing Element of the General
Plan is contained in the document entitled "The Housing Element
of the General Plan, City of SDuth San Francisco, California,
June 1969, Prepared by Hahn, Wise and Associates, Inc., Plan-
ning Consultants;' and
WHEREAS, the South San Francisco Planning Commission,
after hearings duly noticed, approved and recommended same
to the Council by Resolution No. 2099, passed November 25,
1968; Resolution No. 2101, passed MarCh 24, 1969; and
Resolution No. 2103, passed June 23, 1969, and
WHEREAS, the Council pursuant to the Government Code of
the State of California duly set a hearing thereon for the
21st day of July, 1969, notice of which was published in the
"Enterprise-Journal", a newspaper of general circulation
printed and circulated in the City of South San Francisco, and
which date of publication was more than ten days prior to the
date set for the said hearing and the Affidavit of said publi-
cation is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and
WHEREAS, the Council dif hold said hearing on said date
and did thereupon consider said Housing Element and the state-
ments and communications made at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The Council hereby adopts ."The Housing Element of the
General Plan, City of South San Francisco, California, June
1969, Prepared by Hahn, Wise and Associates, Inc., Planning
Consultants," contents of which are more particularly described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

2. The said Housing Element be endorsed as adopted by this
Resolution and that the Mayor and City Clerk shall execute
said endorsement.
