A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTk~CT
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT GALWAY
PLACE AND WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
~EREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 4th day of August , 1969
for the work to be done an J the improvement to be ~de as
described and specified:
Temporary Traffic Signal at Galway Place and
Westborough Boulevard.
NOW, TKEREFORE, IT iS ORDERED aS follows:

Coun~zz does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals.or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named in their bid to wit'
R. Flatland Company
· " 2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make' and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
guiarly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day o~ August
19 69, by the following vote:
