CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTk4CT
SIDEWALK INSTALLATION FOR PORTIONS
OF WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WI4EREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 4th day of August , 1959
for the work to be done an~ the improvement to be ma~e as
described and specified:
Sidewalk Installation for Portions of Westborough Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals .or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for do Lng the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named in their bid to wit'
F. D. Sperry Company
'- 2. That the ~Xiayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make~ and enter into a writnen contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4tn day
19 69, by the following vote:
