CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RECORDATION
OF A DEED OF RELEASE CONTAINED IN AN
INDENTURE BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA AS GRANTORS AND CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AS GRANTEE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record in the official records of San Mateo County the Deed
of Release contained in the indenture between the United States
of America, acting by and through the Secretary of Health,
Education and Welfare, and the City of South San Francisco,
a political subdivision of the State of California, dated
May 5, 1954.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 4th day of Au.qust , 19 69 ,
by the following vote:
