CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM
PROJECT NO. 1, STONEGATE RIDGE, ACCEPTING
DEDICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND
RECORDATION OF AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The map of Condominium Project No. 1, Stonegate Ridge
Lot 1, Block 2 "Stonegate Ridge Unit No. 1" (Volume 64
Maps, Pages 36, 37 and 38), City of South San Francisco,
County of San Mateo, State of California, dated June 1969,
prepared by Murray g MeCcrmick, Inc., Drawing #364-0060,
Sheets 1, 2 and 3, is hereby approved and the parcels
thereby dedicated to. public use are hereby accepted.
2. Execution and recordation of the agreement entitled
"Agreement, Subdivision Improvements and Common Greens,
Condominium Project No. 1, Stonegate Ridge (Dated June,
1969), Lot 1 Block 2 'Stonegate Ridge Unit No. 1'
(Volume 64 Maps, Pages 36, 37 and 38, San Mateo County)"
is hereby authorized.
