CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHCRIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A
GRANT' DEED .FOR COF~MON GREEN, PARCEL A, OF
CONDOMINIUM PROJECT NO. 1, STONEGATE RIDGE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to accept
for and on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation, a grant deed for the common green
area of the condominium project hereinafter described:
Parcel A, as shown on the map entitled Map
of Condominium Project No. 1, Stonegate
Ridge, Lot 1, Block 2 "Stonegate Ridge Unit
No. 1" (Volume 64 ~iaps, Pages 36, 37 and
38) City of South San Francisco, County of
San Mateo, State of California, Dated
June 1969, Containing 0.6 Acres More or
Less.
2. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to execute
a Certificate of Acceptance and record or cause recorda-
tion of said grant in' the Official Records of San Mateo
County.
3. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to accept
a standard title insuran~_e policy issued at Grantor's
cost and expense, assuring condition of title to be free
and clear of liens, taxes and encumbrances except those
accepted by City.
I hereby certi~fy that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 4th day of August , 19 69 , by
the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick K. Ahem, F. Frank Mammini, Andrew
and Warren St~inkamp
