CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF WESTBOROUGH-WEST PARK NO. 2A (SA-ii) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT~ AND LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San FPancisco that: 1. The Final Map entitled WestboPough-West PaPk Unit 2A, South San FPancisco, Califomnia, Being a Re- subdivision of Lots 142 thPu 157 Block 7, Lots 1 thPu 19, 78 thPu 81 and a PoPtion of Lot 20 Block 8~ WestboPough, West PaPk Unit No. 2, dated May, 1969, is hePeby apppOved and the dedications thePeby made ate accepted. 2. Execution and RecoPdation of the AgPeement entitled "AgPeement West Park Unit 2A-Exchange of PaPcels fop Common GPeen PhPposes" is hePeby authoPized and the MayoP is authoPized to execute said AgPeement on behalf of the City and City ClePk attest his signa- tuPe thereto, same to be Pecorded pPior to RecoPda- tion of the Deed descPibed in PaPagPaph ThPee, following, and the Final Map. 3. ExecutiOn and delivery of the Deed by the City of South San Francisco to Beverly-Glenwood CorpoPa- tion fop the Parce' described in Exhibit A, attached hePeto, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authoPized to execute said deed on behalf of the City, same to be recoPded pPior t© the RecoPdation of the Final Map. 4. The City Clerk be, and he is hereby authOpized, to accept delivePy ant PecoPd or cause RecoPdation of the Deed from Beverly-Glenwood CoPporation, to --® the City of South San Francisco, for Lot 93 Block 8 and Lot 158 Block 7 as shown on the Final Map of Westborough West Park Unit No. 2, copy of the Deed for w~.ich is attached hereto as Exhibit B, sai'd Acceptance and Recordation to occur immediately after the Recordation of the Final Map, the condition of Title to be free and clear of all liens, taxes, and encumbrances except those accepted by City, said condition of Title to be assured by a standard title insurance policy in the sum of ~ Ten ~thousand Dollars ($ 10 ,000.'00) , provided at the cost and expense of the Grantor. 5. Execution of the Agreement entitled "Subdivision Improvements and Common Greens, Westborough West Park Unit No. 2A, Being a Resubdi~ision of Lots 142 thru 157, Block 7, Lots 1 thru 19, 73 thru 81 and a Portion of Lot 20, Block 8, Westborough-West Park Unit No. 2,, , is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto, same to be recorded concurrently with the Recordation of the Final Map. 6. The City Attorney and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to issue escrow instructions, execute other documents and do any other acts neces- sary to carry out the provisions of this Resolution. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of AugUSt , 1969, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E.
